Description

Drunken Goat Cheese is quite the crowd pleaser due to the fact that is is not too mild and not too strong in taste. It has a slight sweeteness and a pleasantly sharp finish. The thin, purple rind comes from the cheese being soaked in red wine for 2 - 3 days. The rind remains soft and pliable just like the cheese, and is also edible!
